About The Role

You will play a vital role in supporting the Helpline Plus telephone Casework service.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the service complies with contract requirements and meets KPIs
  • Providing administrative and office support
  • Undertaking projects to improve systems and practice

The successful candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in a client/customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with administrative systems and IT tools

This position is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team of professionals working towards a common goal.

The salary for this role is £28,216.60 per annum (pro rata for part time).
