Job Title
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Housing Helpline Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of our Helpline Plus telephone casework services.
About The Role
You will play a key part in ensuring the delivery of our Helpline Plus telephone casework services. This includes providing administrative support to the team, inputting data on our CRM system, and undertaking administrative projects to improve systems and practice.
Requirements
- Considerable experience in a client/customer service role
- Experience in handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to clients and partner organisations
- Fast accurate keyboard skills and experience of using a range of IT tools
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £28,216.60 per annum (pro rata for part time), plus a range of benefits including 30 days annual leave, enhanced family friendly policies, pension, and interest free travel loans.
