Customer Service Advisor

We are hiring for our customer service team, so if you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, want to work for somewhere that makes a difference and you are a people person, we would love to hear from you We are fully open to either full-time or part-time applicants (21 hours per week).
Working as part of our successful Contact Centre based in Sheffield, the role of a Customer Service Advisor, in our Legal Helpline team involves handling Personal Injury enquiries that come into the firm and you will be proactively capturing relevant information on our systems.
Day-to-day you will:
- Communicate in a professional timely manner
- Carry out initial case assessments to determine the progression of a case - **but don't worry we will give you all the training needed for you to be able to succeed in your role So no previous experience is necessary.**
In return, you will be working alongside lawyers who work on a diverse portfolio and highly prestigious cases. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to join a well established law firm and utilise their customer service skills whilst learning all about our legal helpline team.
