**Customer Service Advisor**

Equi-Trek are the leading manufacturers of equestrian and leisure vehicles, supplying vehicles across the UK and overseas.. Our business is going from strength to strength and we are now looking for a dedicated and experienced **Customer Service Advisor** to join our team.

The main purpose of this role is to provide an efficient, positive and timely response to all customer enquiries.

**Main duties include**:

- Making contact with all customers after purchase of a vehicle to check they are satisfied with it and deal with any queries the customer may have.
- Respond to all customer service enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring agreed timescales are strictly adhered to.
- Liaise with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless service for all our customers.
- Accurately record details of all enquiries & issues.

**Requirements for the Customer Service Advisor**:

- Be proactive, assertive, professional and confident at all contacts with our customers.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
- Experience of complaints handling in a calm and professional manner.
- Ability to be assertive when needed, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, taking ownership of situations to deal with them to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Standard working hours are 8:30-5:00, Monday to Friday,

**In return, we can offer our Customer Service Advisor**:

- Salary between £23,000 - 24,000 depending on experience
- 22 days holidays + 8 Bank Holidays
- Up to five extra holidays through our Long Service Scheme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
