Residential Care Leader

Hartford Care Group Limited is seeking an exceptional Residential Care Leader to join our management team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our staff team, ensuring that we deliver outstanding, personalised care to residents.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in care leadership and management, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective care strategies. You will be expected to:
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans, working closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Lead and manage a team of dedicated care professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Maintain high standards of care and customer service, ensuring resident satisfaction and well-being.
A NVQ/Diploma level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent experience is essential for this role. You will also have a strong understanding of care standards legislation, including Fundamental Standards.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and generous annual leave allowance.
