Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Lawes Insurance Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in developing new and existing sales and accounts, demonstrating excellent business development skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional and efficient service and advice to all customers through the promotion and recommendation of products and risk management advice in accordance with customer demands and needs, whilst ensuring full regulatory compliance.

You will be required to:

  • Sell and promote insurance products to clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with colleagues and external partners;
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits including a pension scheme, life insurance, and training opportunities.

If you have a minimum of two years' experience in commercial broking and hold a relevant qualification such as ACII, we would like to hear from you.
