About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our PWS division, driving new sales growth and expanding our presence in the UK kitchens, bedroom, and bathroom sectors.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategic sales management, with experience in discrete manufacturing and a strong understanding of the KBB industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for the PWS division, working closely with the senior leadership team and CEO.
  • Lead and motivate a sales and administrative team, including Area Sales Managers and Business Development Executives.
  • Establish a culture of new sales growth, including staff training, personal mentoring, and incentive plans.
  • Drive new sales growth with key customer groups.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales director-level roles, with a strong track record of success in strategic sales management.
  • Experience in discrete manufacturing, with a strong understanding of the KBB industry.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and mentoring skills, with the ability to drive and achieve outstanding sales results.
  • A history of implementing exceptional sales disciplines within a B2B environment.
