Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive new sales growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategic sales management and will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy for our core business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for the core business
- Motivate and lead a sales and administrative team
- Establish a culture of new sales growth
- Take direct responsibility for driving new sales growth with an established key customer group
Requirements:
- Background in discrete manufacturing
- Experience in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom (KBB) sector
- Demonstrative experience operating at sales director level
- Excellent leadership, management, and mentoring skills
