Elvet Recruitment is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join a dynamic team in Durham. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound switchboard calls and directing them to the appropriate colleague
  • Providing front-of-house customer contact and directing visitors to the relevant team member
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy customer waiting area, ensuring adequate supplies are available
  • Handling inbound supplier contact and managing deliveries, stationery, and other essentials
  • Ensuring post is processed daily
