About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a care recruitment specialist in our care sector team. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talented care professionals who share our values and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit care professionals through extensive phone and internet/email prospecting
  • Generate a high-volume pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
  • Perform full-spectrum recruiting, from initial screening to management in the field
  • Use major job boards, social media, referrals, and warm calling to find and attract talent
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our clients and job seekers

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks and a willingness to learn
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Recruitment experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
