About the Role: We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our caregiving team at one of our nursing homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver person-centred care that prioritises the needs and preferences of our residents.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual care requirements.
  3. Develop and implement effective care plans that promote resident independence and well-being.
  4. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
