Claims Administrator

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Claims Administrator to join our team as a Third Party Claims Intervention Advisor. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving claims efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and empathetic service to third-party customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Liaise with other claims areas to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of claims.
- Identify and refer personal injury claims to our authorized supplier, adhering to current procedures.
- Accurately maintain reserves and diaries for all aspects of third-party intervention claims.
- Manage invoices from authorized hire and repair partners, ensuring accuracy and registering payments on the claims system for approval.
- Be vigilant for potential fraudulent claims and report any suspicious activity to the Counter Fraud Department.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role or similar environment, including hospitality or retail.
- Previous experience in motor claims is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to efficiently handle and manage claims while following standard operating procedures.
- Accurate capture and recording of information on our system.
- Contribution to a motivated and driven team environment.
- Proactive attitude and enthusiastic approach.
- Good time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize work.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to adopt a logical approach to resolution.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
