Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Centre Team Leader to lead our Autocentre team in achieving business performance goals, providing coaching and training, and driving customer satisfaction.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to achieve business performance goals, providing coaching and training to team members, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Lead the team to achieve business performance goals, delivering exceptional results in sales, service and customer experience.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge, and achieve their full potential.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with our brand.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fantastic leadership and team management skills, with experience in the automotive industry or similar sectors.
  • Experience of delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management, with a proven track record of success.
  • An engaging and motivational coaching-based approach to team development, with a passion for developing others.
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A current valid driving licence, as you will be required to travel to various locations as part of your role.
