About the Role
Clients of CMC Markets expect high standards of service, and as a Complaints Resolution Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results by resolving complaints efficiently and fairly. To achieve this, you will need to work closely with various business areas to implement policies and procedures, communicate clearly with clients, and escalate serious complaints when necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications
1. Working knowledge of financial markets and related products, preferably from a leveraged background.
2. Experience within the financial sector.
3. IT competence, particularly in MS Office.
4. Excellent communication and numerical skills.
5. Methodical and thorough approach to tasks, ability to work to deadlines, and capacity to work independently and within a team environment.
