This is a full-time role working 4 days out of 7 (10 hour shifts) with shifts scheduled between 05:30am and 00:30am. You will be responsible for transporting patients to and from medical appointments and between healthcare facilities. Responsibilities:
- Transport patients to and from medical appointments
- Assist in the transportation of end-of-life service users with empathy and care
- Build rapport with patients and their relatives/friends through effective communication
