Job Overview
A Mental Health Care Specialist is required to join the team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd's specialist mental health facility in Burgess Hill. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and improvement of the services provided.

In this position, you will work with a dynamic and growing team to provide high-quality care to individuals. You will be responsible for delivering care that meets the needs of each individual, supporting them towards independence and helping them develop the skills they need to progress to less restrictive care settings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health care and excellent communication skills. A Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN is required for this role. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities and Requirements
Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Delivering high-quality care to individuals
  • Supporting individuals towards independence
  • Helping individuals develop the skills they need to progress to less restrictive care settings

Salary and Benefits
This permanent position comes with a competitive salary range of £36,176 - £38,596 per annum, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus. Other benefits include relocation support, 25 days' annual leave, birthday holiday, and enhanced maternity pay.
