As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for ensuring they have a fantastic experience with us. You will work and learn, serving our customers when they need us most, while working to attain your Customer Service Specialist (Level 3) qualification.

Our Customer Service team is critical to our success, and we're looking for individuals who want to deliver first-class service for our customers. You will need to gain a broad understanding of the customer businesses and their operations quickly and will be making an impact from the day you start your journey with us.

We have partnered with an established training provider to ensure that all your training needs throughout the programme are met, and you will also be assigned a mentor or buddy to further assist your development as well as the day-to-day support offered by your manager and colleagues.

Your apprenticeship will be dual-purposed, with 20% of your development focused on theory, technical, and practical training, and the remaining 80% on on-the-job learning supported by a robust development plan.

As a Customer Resolution Expert, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer contact, delivering a one-stop resolution, and removing the need for repeat customer effort. You will have overall case management responsibility for your customers, escalating issues where necessary, and managing your customers' expectations until you reach a resolution.

We're committed to embed a culture of Continuous Improvement by identifying and implementing small changes in our day-to-day roles which will improve customer and colleague experience.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering amazing customer service, have fantastic communication skills, and are highly organised and able to manage high volume and competing priorities. You will need to be digitally savvy, able to balance empathy and professionalism, and have the ability to see the bigger picture in terms of balancing customer outcomes and business needs.

To apply, you will need to have the right to work in the UK, have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years, and be a resident in England. You will also need to have not previously studied the course content and not undertake any other qualification during your apprenticeship.
