Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and caring Support Worker to join our team in Ipswich, Suffolk. As a Support Services Specialist, you will work closely with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, providing personalized support to enable them to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for community engagement and socialization
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with customers, families, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable)
  • Enhanced DBS check (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including alternate weekends and evenings
