Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advice and casework support in housing, debt, and welfare benefits.">
  • Support with food parcel allocation and distribution, including record-keeping and reporting.">
  • Conduct initial client interviews and maintain accurate records using statistical software.">
  • Advocate for clients with other agencies and authorities to secure necessary support.">
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve high standards of service delivery.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • GCSE-level qualifications in English and Maths (or equivalent).">
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and basic IT tools (email, calendars, databases).">
  • A valid driving license and access to a car.">
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends when required.">

Compensation and Benefits

A salary of £23,625 per annum and 23 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays.
