The Role:
This exciting opportunity is for a Community Development Manager to join our team at HMP Exeter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community engagement strategies that promote family well-being and social inclusion. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives that meet the needs of local families and communities.

About the Role:
• Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
• Location: HMP Exeter (with opportunities for remote work)
• Job Type: Full-time

Your Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in community development and engagement
• Strong understanding of social determinants of health and well-being
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field
