We are seeking a skilled Communications Content Manager to join our team at Wildlife Trust (hwt). This is an exciting opportunity to capture stories about Devon's wildlife and transform them into engaging content to reach new audiences.

The role involves generating high-quality communications content and delivering effective social media campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our ambitious vision for nature's recovery.

This is a full-time, permanent post based at Exeter. You will be responsible for:

  • Crafting compelling narratives that showcase the Trust's work and impact on Devon's wildlife;
  • Developing and implementing effective social media strategies to engage with existing and new audiences;
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and fundraising efforts;
  • Contributing to the development of engaging content across various channels.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in generating high-quality communications content and delivering successful social media campaigns;
  • A strong passion for nature and wildlife conservation;
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their uses.
