Loyalty Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Manager to join our Customer Marketing team in Berkshire. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in CRM and loyalty programme management, who is passionate about customer engagement and brand building.
The successful candidate will drive our customer retention strategies to new heights by leveraging their expertise in loyalty programme management. Our partner company is renowned for its innovative products and services in the UK and Europe, making this a unique opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute loyalty programmes to increase customer retention and satisfaction
- Analyse data to inform loyalty strategy and optimize programme effectiveness
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in CRM and loyalty programme management
- Passion for customer engagement and brand building
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data
Benefits:
- £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
