We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at BMB Holidays. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and supporting the office operations.
About the Role:This is a dynamic customer-facing role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
You will also be responsible for managing merchandise and stock inventory, proofing and distributing documents, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer client calls and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage merchandise and stock inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient distribution
- Proofread and distribute documents, including emails and reports
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing
- 2 years of experience in office administration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 20 days annual leave (pro rata), plus bank holidays
- 2 team events annually
- End of year bonuses based on performance
