About the Role
  • This is a challenging yet rewarding role, focusing on delivering quality-focused services that meet the needs of individuals with learning or physical disabilities.
  • You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals who provide person-centered support to service users.
  • Your focus will be on ensuring that all care documentation is up-to-date and reflective of each individual's needs, as well as implementing systems and processes within the service.
  • In this role, you will also be required to deputize in the absence of the Registered Manager and work on new business opportunities for the service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing regulated care services, a passion for delivering person-centered care, and a good knowledge of CQC standards and relevant legislation.
