About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Replenishment Supervisor to join our team in Banbury, UK. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our lines are well-stocked and prepared for production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of Replenishment Operatives to ensure efficient inventory management and production line set up and clear-down activities.
  • Allocate Replenishment staff onto lines and work closely with Line Leaders and Shift Managers to achieve production goals.
  • Carry out regular checks of stock levels to ensure sufficient stock of all required ingredients is available.
  • Check and challenge the quality of ingredients and adhere to basic Food safety standards.
  • Audit Health and Safety and promote safe working practices in line with SOPs.
Requirements
  • Keen eye for detail with replenishment lead experience.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, positive commitment, and a can-do flexible attitude.
  • Basic Knowledge of WMS Systems.
  • Excellent communicator with strong work ethic.
  • Quick and effective problem solver who can work well under pressure.
