About the Role

RH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
