We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead in Rehabilitation Psychiatry to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist assessment, formulation, treatment, interventions, and support to help individuals recover from complex severe mental illness and regain skills and confidence to live successfully in the community.
- Be accessible and supportive to team members, actively participating in service/team evaluation and planning of future service developments.
- Create a learning environment for all team members, offering teaching opportunities to rehabilitation teams, partner services, and organizations, as well as to patients and carers.
- MRCPsych or equivalent qualification.
- Full registration with the GMC and Approved Clinician status, with S12 approval under the Mental Health Act (or achieve this within 3 months of appointment).
- A Recruitment Bonus of £15,000.
