We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Retention Director to lead our sales team in Keighley. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and execute customer relationship strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts, contracts, and warranty agreements to ensure optimal profitability and customer loyalty.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, potential new targets, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales results and cross-business line opportunities.

Plan Sales, Manage Pricing and Offering

  • Develop and execute regional and individual sales plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Participate in market and customer analysis to ensure quality of sales planning.
  • Manage pricing and offering strategies to drive market pricing and profitability.
  • Balance order received growth and profitability by managing discounts.

Manage Sales Funnel

  • Lead the sales process, including CRM data quality, opportunity management, and won and lost reporting.
  • Ensure results within orders, contracts, profitability, and market price development.
  • Set sales targets according to market potential and unit guidelines.

Leadership/People Management

  • Lead the sales team to be proactive with customers, use KONE solution selling methodology, and communicate the value of KONE solutions to customers.
  • Coach team members to achieve better results through constant one-to-one dialogue and sharing of best practices.
  • Manage team performance, ensure adequate resources, and develop team competences.

Key Skills & Experiences

  • Experience in people leadership and management.
  • Sales acumen, including understanding selling cycles, customer purchasing strategies, and selling and negotiating techniques.
  • Business planning and controlling skills.
  • Demonstrated service mindset, digital assertiveness, and change management skills.
  • Comfortable with numbers, leads performance by facts and numbers, and relies on sales tools and analytics.
