We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Representative to join our team at Proftech Talent Ltd. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, evaluating and improving our customer support, and assisting in projects to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Evaluate and improve our customer support processes and procedures
  • Assist in projects to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and guides
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and customers
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of automotive electrical systems or the willingness to learn
  • Some knowledge in automotive aftermarket installations, for example, car audio, reversing cameras, vehicle CCTV, tracking etc
  • Exemplary customer service standards
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strive to achieve high standards and take pride in any work undertaken
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
  • Ability to act and operate independently
