Salary and Benefits

The compensation package includes a competitive salary based on the role: £10,707.84 per month (Role 1) or £14,277.12 per month (Role 2). In addition, employees enjoy an array of benefits:

About the Role

This position involves assisting customers both inside and outside our studios via live chat, phone, and email, managing bookings and account queries, troubleshooting equipment issues, completing administrative tasks, and communicating equipment and estates issues to our Ops team.

We are seeking dedicated, energetic, and highly motivated Customer Support Agents to join our Artist Support team. As part of this team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering world-class service to Pirate artists globally.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of exceptional customer service principles, demonstrate self-starting capabilities, and be intrigued by the intersection of music and technology. Prior experience with audio equipment is a plus.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should have:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably within a high-volume call centre environment.
  • A strong understanding of exceptional customer service principles with a customer-first mentality.
  • Ideally, prior experience working with audio equipment.
Work Schedule

We are seeking two evening positions covering the evening shift patterns 20.30pm-02.30am. The contracted hours include:

  • Role 1: 3 x 6hour shifts = total of 18 hours contracted per week.
  • Role 2: 4 x 6hour shifts = total of 24 hours contracted per week.

Both positions have the opportunity to do overtime in addition to their contracted hours. This is a temporary position until further notice with the potential to become permanent.
