Accounting and Administration Coordinator

The Ledger and Cash Management Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining ledgers and cashbooks, controlling petty cash, managing payment runs and cheques, and reconciling ledger and bank accounts for accuracy.
About the Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results. As a Ledger and Cash Management Specialist, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Manage cash flows and reconcile discrepancies.
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers as necessary.
- GCSEs or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
- Experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
