Job Summary

Innovus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities, including the management of maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal resource allocation.

  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
