Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our facilities, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the facilities, including maintenance and repairs, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Supervise and train a team of facilities staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
• Monitor and report on facility performance, including energy consumption and waste management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices, including maintenance and repair, energy management, and waste management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
