Job Title: Facility Manager
Job Summary:
Broadcom Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager to lead our Northern Europe portfolio in a high-profile and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering day-to-day building operations, third-party contract management, capital and expense project management, strategic planning, and key stakeholder interface.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of facility engineers and contractors to ensure seamless building operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve facility efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Manage third-party contracts and vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize capital and expense projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, employees, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., facilities management, engineering, business administration).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, executive leadership, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans to improve facility efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Facility management certification (e.g., IFMA, FMCA).
- Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., master's in business administration, engineering).
- Experience working in a semiconductor or technology industry.
