**About Us**

Friends of the Elderly (FotE) is a national charity dedicated to supporting older people in living well in later life. Founded in 1905, we provide high-quality, person-centred care services across our day centres and care homes.

We continually strive to improve as a charity, partnering with organisations like the University of Worcester's Association for Dementia Studies to enhance dementia care. Our goal is to provide personalised services integrated with local communities.

As Chief Executive, you will demonstrate your passion for exceptional care for older people and evidence your commitment to achieving the highest standards of care, compliance, and governance.

With a strong focus on service delivery, growth, and development, you will ensure high standards in all areas of operation, including buildings and infrastructure modernisation.

The estimated salary for this role is around £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, in line with industry standards for a hybrid location like Woking.
