About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Operations Manager to join our Performance Marketing team in the US. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue through our partner network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Campaign Management: Oversee the delivery of performance activity through our partner network in the US, including day-to-day management, optimisation and analysis of programmatic/pay-for-performance campaigns.
  • Candidate Acquisition: Deliver on candidate acquisition targets via the partner network for Resume-Library, within desired Cost per Registration (CPR).
  • Technology Stack Improvement: Use knowledge of job advertising platforms to improve our technology stack by working with our Product team on new features and capabilities.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Develop innovative solutions to improve performance without increasing costs, such as through new integrations.
  • Partner Management: Ensure partners are delivering quality converting traffic, escalate issues to Partnerships teams, and work with Partnerships team to onboard and test new partner traffic sources.
  • Data Analysis: Work collaboratively with the Data team to build dashboards and other data products to equip the team with the right data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in optimising partnerships/affiliates or other performance media activity.
  • Experience in programmatic job advertising is a bonus.
  • Proven ability to work proactively, independently and cross-functionally to drive revenue and business value.
  • Strong numerical competency, including the ability to quickly analyse and understand performance trends.
  • Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proactive, confident and ability to work independently.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
