We are seeking an experienced Coach/Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while safely transporting passengers across our extensive coach network.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of punctuality, safety, and customer satisfaction. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

In addition to driving duties, this role may involve assisting with minor maintenance tasks and reporting any defects or issues to the relevant authorities.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive coaches on scheduled routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle checks, reporting any defects or concerns.
  • Assist with minor maintenance tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
