Cambs LMC Ltd is dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of General Practitioners in the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough area. We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner Resilience Coach to join our team and help us achieve this goal.

In this role, you will work one-to-one with GPs to provide confidential support and guidance on managing stress and building resilience. You will also contribute to the development of our support services and ensure they meet the needs of our GPs.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure reflects the level of expertise required for this role and the importance of promoting GP wellbeing.

About the Role:

  • Provide confidential support and guidance to GPs on managing stress and building resilience.
  • Contribute to the development of our support services to ensure they meet the needs of our GPs.
  • Establish relationships with local coaching and mentoring organisations to provide signposting services to GPs.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified medical professional with significant post-qualification experience.
