About the Role

This esteemed institution seeks an Apprenticeship Mentor to support and guide learners through their training and qualification pathways, building positive, productive relationships with both learners and employers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Train and coach learners: Deliver high-quality training and coaching, ensuring comprehensive coverage of KSBs at both college and employer sites.
  2. Assess and plan: Conduct initial assessments to determine learner readiness and create tailored individual learning plans.
  3. Monitor progress: Conduct regular review meetings, set targets, and provide constructive feedback to support learner progression.
  4. Maintain records: Accurately record learner progress and adhere to college and awarding body standards.
Essential Requirements:
  • GCSE grade 4 (C) or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Relevant Level 3 qualification and commitment to ongoing professional development.
