We are looking for an enthusiastic Band 3 Administrator to join us, working for the Recovery Coach Team. The administrator will provide administrative services to the Recovery Coach Team who support service users of the Adult Locality Team, Cameo, and Personality Disorder Service to move back to the care of their GP.

You will need to be computer literate, able to manage data for reporting requirements and produce minutes for meetings. You will be required to work using your own initiative within a busy team, with the ability to organise and prioritise work efficiently. You should be adaptable and have a flexible attitude to your work.

You will be supporting the development of an innovative service which offers transitional support and navigation for people who are struggling with being discharged from CPFT secondary services, and carers, and navigate to the third sector providers and wider community resources as the need dictates.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative service within the Recovery Coach Team based at the 17 Bridge Street, Peterborough and will need the ability to travel between sites.

Word processing of all forms of correspondence, reports and summaries that are required by the team.

Undertake diary management for clinicians and/or managers, as required.

Inputting and updating service user information and service user/team activity on SystmOne information system.

Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring it is up to date at all times.

To attend and provide administrative services at monthly team meeting at chosen location in Peterborough, Huntingdon or Cambridge, including producing minutes.

Ensure good customer service by providing a professional and effective telephone service, taking accurate messages and providing information/sign posting as required and appropriate.
