Team Manager Opportunity at Arcus Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Team Manager to lead our Helpdesk team at our Redditch site. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of 15 Planners and Desk Agents to provide exceptional front-line support to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team to deliver results from a Planning or Desk perspective
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Providing accurate and concise reports to senior management

You will be a strong self-motivated people manager with effective communication, problem-solving, and performance management skills. You will be confident, self-motivated, and have a 'can-do' attitude. You will have exceptional communication skills using different styles to deliver clear messages at all levels.

We offer a competitive salary of £31,212 per annum, up to 4% bonus scheme, and a range of benefits including a Group Personal Pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, and access to state-of-the-art training academy.
