Team Manager Opportunity at Arcus FM Careers

We are seeking a skilled Team Manager to lead our Helpdesk Team at our Redditch site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of 15 Planners and Desk Agents to provide exceptional front-line support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Planners and Desk Agents to deliver results from a Planning or Desk perspective.
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of work order resolution status.
  • Develop and implement effective coaching and mentoring strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and KPIs.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £31,212 per annum.
  • Up to 4% bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets.
