Team Manager - Helpdesk

We are seeking a skilled Team Manager to lead our Helpdesk team at our Redditch site. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of 15 Planners and Desk Agents to provide exceptional front-line support to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team to deliver results from a Planning or Desk perspective
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Providing accurate and concise reports to senior management
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance team efficiency

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and projects, and will be expected to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines. If you are a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.
