We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at our Yeovil Supported Living service. As a senior care professional, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care services and promoting person-centred support.

Key responsibilities of the role include promoting and implementing the company's vision of person-centred support, ensuring that all necessary back-office duties are completed within compliance, and working cooperatively with others to achieve outstanding results. You will also be required to respect and work collaboratively with staff, enabling individuals to live in their own homes or local communities with dignity and confidence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this qualification, and experience of leading, supervising, and motivating a team. We offer a competitive salary of £12.64 per hour, offering up to 37.5 hours per week, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
