Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing personalized support plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Providing one-to-one support to clients with learning disabilities
- Assisting clients with daily activities, such as personal care and meal preparation
- Accompanying clients on outings and social activities
As a Personal Assistant Specialist, you will work closely with our team to ensure that clients receive the highest level of care and support. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the management team.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities and want to make a real difference in their lives, we encourage you to apply.
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
