Job Description:
The Patient Care Specialist will assist with the implementation of care delegated by Registered Nursing Staff, ensuring that patients receive personalized attention and support. This will include assisting with personal care, hygiene, and sanitary needs, as well as supporting patients' physical, emotional, and social needs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for documenting food and fluid intake and elimination output on appropriate charts, and participating in skin and pressure area care to prevent pressure ulcers developing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of patient care principles and practices is also essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
