Job Description

We are hiring a Test Centre Administrator to join our team in Yeovil, Somerset. As a Test Centre Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our test centre, providing exceptional customer service to candidates, and maintaining the security and integrity of our exams.

Responsibilities

  • Verify candidate identification, explain exam rules and procedures, and ensure compliance with exam security protocols
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to candidate queries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the exam
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with our IT department to resolve any problems that may affect the exam
  • Perform housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and maintaining the test centre environment, to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for candidates

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
