Job Title: Commercial Sales Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Administrator to join our team at Prestige Recruitment Specialists. As a Commercial Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for working closely with our sales team to set appointments and follow up with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field basic questions and concerns about our products and services
  • Schedule consultations between prospective clients and our Commercial Manager or Sales Team
  • Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
  • Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role with Admin or sales
  • Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • A professional and courteous disposition
  • Persuasive and results-oriented
  • GCSE's or equivalent
  • Strong Administration skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
