Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Independent Living Assistant to join our team at Housing 21. As an Independent Living Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
  • Support with household tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Encourage and enable residents to follow their care plans

We offer a competitive salary of £12.58 per hour (equivalent to £22,959 per annum) and a range of benefits, including:
