Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized care and support to customers with learning disabilities
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Supporting customers to participate in social activities and events
  • Collaborating with the support team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in care and support work
  • An NVQ Level 2 or higher in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Salary: £11.50 per hour plus up to £70.47 per sleep-in shift. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including extensive training and development opportunities, 28 days' annual leave, and access to a 24-hour Employee Assistance Scheme.
